Design Build
Step 2 - create a master plan
Check zoning and development issues, create phasing for future facilities, prepare a plan to take to the City or County

Once your vision has been established through the Ministry Needs Assessment, we move forward by performing an in-depth study of the planning, zoning, and development of your site. The master plan considers any additional buildings and renovations that may impact your overall property. If you are moving onto a new site, our award-winning design build team explores options for the future that are both ministry-minded and cost-effective.
We call maximizing the buildable area you have on your site “Land Stewardship.” In order to make the best long-term use of your church property, CharestCorp helps you to create appropriate phasing of each section of your land. There is an element of due diligence at this stage of your project that allows us to look at every facet of the project in a well-researched manner. We meet with the municipalities in your area to investigate items such as development fees, on and off-site costs and any other potential concerns for the project in order to establish a general budget.
At the end of Step 2, the master plan is presented to you in a colorized board in 3-dimensional format, along with digital files for you to share the conceptual layout and future phasing for your site with the congregation.
