Design Build
Step 1 - Evaluate your ministry needs
Vision-casting with design team and ministry leaders to determine facility requirements
Here at CharestCorp, we believe that good planning is good stewardship. The Ministry Needs Assessment and Vision-casting Session is the first step to evaluating your ministry needs.
The Ministry Needs Assessment determines your facility space requirements and how they align with the vision of your church. This is our time to listen to what you have to say by hearing from each ministry. Proper church design occurs when the design team professionals understand the daily happenings and outreach of the church and help you achieve your goals within your budget. Additionally, in the Master Planning process, the Ministry Needs Assessment establishes what future facilities you will need on your site.

During the Vision-casting Session, our Certified Church Consultants will meet with your key ministry leaders to establish your goals as a church and cast a vision for what that might look like in terms of facility space. The Vision-casting session and Ministry Needs Assessment are central to designing and building the facilities you can afford.
As you will see in the following steps of the design build process, 60% of the work takes place before you ever break ground. Whether your church is traditional, progressive, small or large, we will translate your ministry into a space that fulfills your needs, long terms goals and creates new opportunities for growth.
