Vision
- Beautiful, low-cost community center to be used for weddings and other special events, complete with a full commercial kitchen and catering abilities.
- Design and build a multi-use facility for housing multi-cultural ministries with interior sound proofing dividers throughout.
Challenge
- Small sized lot called for a compact design
- Limited budget
- Building had to match existing architecture
Solution
- Created a modular, free span structure with a well-designed but compact footprint.
- Negotiated a low-payment leasing agreement for kitchen equipment of the highest quality.
- A fountain in the courtyard, high ceilings, and excellent lighting made the building attractive and elegant.
- Sound-proof wall dividers and a first-rate sound system added an extra element of quality to the center.
- ALL WORK COMPLETED ON TIME for the event!
